These organizations composed the lists of assets according to internal criteria determined by them, and based on the assumption that the assets were previously owned by Holocaust victims. Even though the company has been making every effort to confirm the information provided to it by those organizations, it is impossible to make sure that the lists transferred to it do not contain any mistakes or errors which originated from those organizations.
